Refund Policy
Serafim Financial Performance (operated by Serafim Financial Group LLC) offers a limited satisfaction refund window.
Refund Window
Clients may request a full refund within 7 calendar days following the first completed session.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the client must:
- —Have completed the first session, and
- —Submit the refund request within the 7-day window.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via email to: support@serafimperformance.com
Include:
- —Full name
- —Date of first completed session
- —The email address used during signup
After the Refund Window
After Day 7, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Installment Plans
If the client is on an installment plan, installment obligations remain enforceable after the refund window.
