Refund Policy

Summary

Full refund available within 7 calendar days after the first completed coaching session.
After day 7, all fees are non-refundable.
Installment payment obligations remain legally enforceable regardless of continued participation.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

You are eligible for a full refund of all fees paid if you request a refund within 7 calendar days of the date on which your first coaching session with Serafim Financial Performance is completed. The 7-day window begins on the date the first session occurs, not the date the engagement agreement is signed or payment is made.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@serafimperformance.com with your full name, the date of your first session, and a statement requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Period

After the 7-calendar-day window has passed following your first completed session, all fees paid are non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

  • Whether you have attended subsequent sessions
  • Whether you have used or implemented the frameworks and deliverables provided
  • Whether you are satisfied with the results of the engagement
  • Personal circumstances arising after the refund window has closed

3. Installment Payment Obligations

Where a client has entered into an installment payment arrangement, all scheduled payments remain due and enforceable in accordance with the engagement agreement, regardless of:

  • The client's decision to discontinue participation in the engagement
  • Whether the client attends scheduled sessions
  • The client's subjective assessment of value received
  • Any change in the client's personal or financial circumstances after the agreement is executed

Failure to complete scheduled installment payments does not extinguish the remaining payment obligation. Unpaid installments may be pursued through all available legal remedies. By executing an engagement agreement with an installment structure, you acknowledge and agree to this provision.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Dissatisfaction with financial results or outcomes is not grounds for a refund outside of the 7-day eligibility window. We make no guarantees of specific financial outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances, commitment, and execution — factors that are substantially within the client's control. The refund window is provided as a good-faith assurance of delivery quality, not as a performance guarantee.

5. Termination by Company

In the event that Serafim Financial Group LLC terminates an engagement without cause prior to its completion, we will provide a prorated refund calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the 90-day engagement period, less the value of deliverables already completed and sessions already conducted.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute outside of the applicable refund window, or in a manner inconsistent with this policy, constitutes a breach of the engagement agreement. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks not consistent with this policy and to pursue collection of any amounts reversed through chargeback that are not refundable under these terms.
